自控在寒冷地区中小型污水处理厂的应用研究

Abstract:

Combined with the case study of CAST wastewater treatment engineering in Yushu City Jiangbei Wastewater Treatment Plant,the design project of the automatic control system,as well as system components and their functions is summarized. The control strategies are expounded. The control system performances and control strategies are evaluated by making use of the operation result of wastewater treatment plant. The running results show that after the automatic control system has been used,the operation stability of wastewater treatment plant and the rate of reaching the standard are improved,and the electric power consumption per ton can be as low as 0.31 kW·h/m3 or so.

摘要:

结合吉林省榆树市江北污水处理厂CAST工艺污水处理工程实例,归纳总结自动控制系统设计方案、系统组成及其功能,阐述控制策略,并利用污水厂运行结果对控制系统性能及控制策略进行评价。运行结果表明,采用自动控制系统后,污水处理厂运行稳定性增强,出水达标率提高,吨水耗电量可低至0.31 kW·h/m3左右。
