特大直径逆流再生离子交换器的技改试验研究

Abstract:

DN3 200 outsized diameter counter current regeneration ion exchanger withont top pressure in Fujian Province Hongshan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,is characterized by low regeneration rate,and high acid and alkali consumption. This fact has serious influence on external heating. Therefore,Fujian Province Hongshan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,has cooperated with Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute,so as to conduct the experimental research on the technical renovation of this equipment. The results show that using gas top pressure regeneration technology and high-resistance medium-type draining is the basic factor in assuring the regeneration efficiency of the large-sized counter current regeneration ion exchanger.

摘要:

福建省鸿山热电有限公司DN3 200特大直径无顶压逆流再生离子交换器,再生成功率低,酸碱比耗大,严重影响了电厂对外供热。为此,福建省鸿山热电有限公司与西安热工院合作,进行了该设备的技改试验研究。结果表明,采用气顶压再生工艺,并采用大阻力中排,是确保大型逆流再生离子交换器再生效果的基本因素。
