Abstract:
Aiming at the fact that the hydrogen cooler in a power plant needed cleaning urgently because of scaling during the summer peak period,an appropriate cleaning project is designed,and its cleaning effect and risk have been studied,so as to provide reference for cleaning of similar hydrogen cooler assembling units. The experimental results prove that the cleaning project has certain cleaning effect on hydrogen cooler scaling,but has little corrosion accelerating effects on metal materials,including cupronickel B30,stainless steel TP316L,condenser naval brass, carbon steel,etc. and also has little corrosion accelerating effects on nonmetal materials,such as baypren. While clearing,itcan ensurethat thehydrogen cooler and the whole circulating cooling water system to run safely and stably.

摘要:
针对迎峰度夏期间某电厂氢冷器结垢急需进行清洗的实际情况,设计了相应的清洗方案,对清洗方案的效果和风险性进行研究,以便为同类型机组氢冷器清洗提供参考和借鉴.结果证明清洗方案对氢冷器垢层有一定的清洗效果,并对系统中B30 白铜、TP316L 不锈钢尧海军黄铜尧碳钢等金属材质以及氯丁橡胶等非金属材质均无明显的腐蚀加速作用,清洗时可保证氢冷器和整个循环冷却水系统的安全及稳定运行.
