极限碳酸盐法评价水处理剂阻垢性能的方法研究

Abstract:

The evaluation of scale inhibition capacity of water treatment agents by ultimate carbonate hardness method has been studied. The efficiency and accuracy of traditional experimental method can be improved by installing liquid level induction devices and aerators. The experiment results show that the optimal experimental temperature is 60℃,controlled aeration velocity is 1.0-1.5 L/min,dosing concentration 4-6 mg/L and sampling frequency 100 mL of water per 4 h. When the standard deviation of this method is less than 5%,the CaCO3 scale inhibition capacity of deferent water treatment agents can be better distinguished.

摘要:

对采用极限碳酸盐法评价水处理剂阻垢性能进行了方法研究,对传统实验方法进行了改进,增设液位感应及曝气装置,提高了实验的效率以及准确性。结果表明,方法的最佳实验温度为60℃,曝气速度控制在1.0~1.5 L/min,加药质量浓度在4~6 mg/L,取样频次为每4 h取样100 mL,测定结果的标准偏差小于5%,可以更好地区分不同水处理剂之间碳酸钙阻垢性能的差异。
