厌氧+MBR+人工湿地处理化工废水的工程实践

Abstract:

The wastewater of a chemical industry in Zhejiang is characterized by complicated composition and large fluctuations in water quality. On the premise of quality grading treatment of the highly concentrated wastewater,the anaerobic+MBR+artificial wetland process has been used for its treatment. The industrial experiments indicate that the system is stable,reliable,and effective. Its COD is less than 60 mg/L,and NH3-N is less than 10 mg/L,having strong anti-shocking loading capability. The effluent water quality is much better than the first grade standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The effluent water can be used for cleaning and greening etc.

摘要:

浙江某化工企业废水具有成分复杂、水质变化大等特点,工程在对高浓度废水进行分质处理的前提下,采用厌氧+MBR+人工湿地工艺对其进行处理,运行实践表明,系统运行可靠、耐冲击负荷能力强、处理效果显著,出水COD<60 mg/L,NH3-N<10 mg/L,远优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的一级标准。 出水可以满足设备冲洗、绿化等用水要求。
