Abstract:
According to the characteristics of the water quality, the combined process demulsification-coagulation-three-phase separation has been used for pre-treating the high-concentration organic wastewater from an offshore platform. The project treatment capacity is 30 m3/d. The running results show that when the average influent COD, SS and oil mass concentrations are 35012, 13125, and 12 380 mg/L, respectively, and average chroma 500 times, the average removing rates are 97.3%, 99.4%, 95.8%, and 94.6%, respectively. In this case, the effluent water quality can meet the influent requirements of the platform wastewater system. The pretreatment process cost per ton is CNY36.9. The skid-typed process equipment is suitable for offshore oil production platforms.

摘要: 针对水质特点,采用破乳-混凝-三相分离组合工艺预处理海上某平台高浓度有机废水。工程处理量为30 m3/d。运行结果表明,当进水COD、SS、油平均质量浓度分别为35012、13125、12 380 mg/L,色度平均为500倍时,该工艺对COD、SS、油、色度的平均去除率分别为97.3%、99.4%、95.8%、94.6%,出水水质满足平台污水系统的进水要求。预处理工程吨水运行费用为36.9元。其撬装式的工艺设备适用于海上采油平台。
