Experimental research on the pretreatment of dyeing wastewater by modified graphite/PTFE cathode

改性石墨/PTFE阴极预处理印染废水试验研究

Abstract: The self-made Cu/GP(OH) electrode has been used as cathode, and RuO2-IrO2-SnO2/Ti electrode as anode. The dimentional electrode system, consisting of cathode, anode and columnar activated carbon, can be used for the pretreatment of dyeing wastewater. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) are used for characterizing the electrode. The results show that after having been doped with Cu, the suface of electrode is compact and smooth and forms many pores. The treatment effectiveness of Cu/GP(OH) electrode is obviously superior to GP(OH) electrode, and the biodegradability of wastewater is obviously improved. The removing courses of wastewater COD and chroma are in line with the first order dynamics equation. Chroma removing is easier than COD removing.

摘要: 采用自制Cu/GP(OH)电极为阴极,RuO2-IrO2-SnO2/Ti电极为阳极,与处理后的柱状活性炭组成三维电极体系对印染生产废水进行预处理,对阴极SEM/EDS表征。结果表明:掺铜改性后电极表面致密平整并形成许多气孔;Cu/GP(OH)电极在COD处理效果上明显优于GP(OH)电极,废水的可生化性显著提高;废水COD、色度的去除过程符合一级动力学方程,色度的去除较COD容易。
