膦基衣康酸/丙烯磺酸钠共聚物阻垢剂的合成及表征

Abstract:

A water dissolved copolymer integrating carboxylic group,sulfonic group and phosphino has been synthesized,by using itaconic acid(IA) and sodium allylsulfonate(SAS) as monomers,and hydrogen peroxide-NaH2PO2 as initiator. The influences of reaction temperature,reaction time,NaH2PO2 dosage and the mass ratio of monomers on the scale inhibition capacity are discussed. The optimum conditions of the synthesis process are determined. The structure of the copolymer is characterized by means of FTIR.

摘要:

以衣康酸和丙烯磺酸钠为单体,采用双氧水-次亚磷酸钠氧化还原类引发体系,合成了集羧酸基、磺酸基和膦基于一体的水溶性共聚物。讨论了反应温度、反应时间、次亚磷酸钠用量及单体质量比对共聚物阻垢性能的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件,采用红外光谱对共聚物进行了表征。
