热电厂中水回用系统工艺设计及运行

Abstract:

It is introduced that reclaimed water has been used as boiler make-up water by the wastewater treatment plant in a thermal power plant. The operation situation of every equipment is expounded in detail. The problems existing in operation parameters and technological characteristics are analyzed. The results show that this set of treatment system runs steadily. The indexes of produced water has met the requirements for the influent in the desalting system,having very good economic benefit and social benefit.

摘要:

介绍了某热电厂采用污水处理厂中水作为锅炉补给水水源,通过超滤加两级反渗透工艺进行深度处理,详细阐述了各设备的运行状况,分析了运行参数中存在的问题和工艺特点。结果表明,该套处理系统运行稳定,产水指标满足除盐系统进水要求,项目具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
