两级厌氧-生物接触氧化处理淀粉与酒精废水

Abstract:

Starch and alcohol wastewater has been treated by the two-stage anaerobic-biological contact oxidation process. The treatment scale is 950 m3/d,in which the starch wastewater is 800 m3/d,COD 12 000-20 000 mg/L; alcohol wastewater is 150 m3/d,COD 50 000-70 000 mg/L. The operation results show that after treated by this process,the COD,BOD5 and SS of the wastewater are decreased to 100,20,30 mg/L,respectively. The effluent water quality meets the first grade requirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). The yield of marsh gas by the anaerobic system is 9 000-12 000 m3. Marsh gas can be used as boiler oil and the produced steam can be used for workshops.

摘要:

采用两级厌氧-生物接触氧化法处理淀粉与酒精废水,处理规模为950 m3/d,其中淀粉废水800 m3/d,COD为12 000~20 000 mg/L;酒精废水150 m3/d,COD为50 000~70 000 mg/L.运行结果表明,经该工艺处理后,废水COD、BOD5、SS分别降至100、20、30 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准.厌氧处理系统沼气产量为9 000~12 000 m3,用于锅炉燃烧,所产蒸汽供车间使用.
