环氧氯丙烷生产过程高含盐水的处理研究

Abstract:

The electrodialysis-biological method has been used for treating high-salinity wastewater from epichlorohydrin(ECH) production. After changing the deionized water dipped-up liquid for many times, the electrodialysis system can lower the conductivity of the wastewater from 36.5 mS/cm to 3.29 mS/cm, and the desalination rate reaches more than 90%. The desalinated ECH wastewater can be further treated by activated sludge which has been domesticated. Its COD can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L. The experimental result provides a new route for the treatment of wastewater having high salinity.

摘要:

采用电渗析-生物方法对环氧氯丙烷(ECH)生产过程中产生的高含盐废水进行了处理。通过多次更换去离子水汲取液,电渗析装置可使废水的电导率由36.5 mS/cm降到3.29 mS/cm,脱盐率达到90%以上。脱盐后的ECH废水,进一步经驯化的活性污泥处理,COD可降到100 mg/L以下。试验结果为高含盐废水的处理提供了新的途径。
