Abstract:
The application of RO technology to the large-sized ultrapure water treatment in Sichuan Province is introduced. The plant makes use of local tap water as water source,and RO technology as the main desalination technology for the preparation of electronic ultrapure water. The results show that RO system runs well, providing a stable and good water source for the subsequent treatment process,and bringing good guarantee to the stable operation of the ultrapure watrer project of the plant.

摘要：
介绍了反渗透技术在四川某公司大型超纯水项目中的应用情况,该公司以当地的自来水为水源,用反渗透技术作为主要脱盐工艺来制备电子超纯水。运行结果表明,反渗透系统运行良好,为后续的处理工艺提供了稳定而优质的水源,有效保证该厂超纯水项目的稳定运行。
