Abstract:

To enhance the photocatalytic performance of TiO2, and overcome the defects existed in the process of use, the TiO2-ZrO2 inorganic composite film has been successfully prepared by the sol-gel method. The results of FT-IR, SEM, transmittance analysis and photocatalytic performance analysis indicate that the TiO2-ZrO2 composite film is superior to TiO2 inorganic film in optical performance, mechanical property and photocatalytic performance.

摘要:

为进一步提高TiO2的光催化性能, 克服TiO2使用过程中存在的缺陷, 通过溶胶-凝胶法与提拉法, 成功地制备出TiO2-ZrO2无机复合膜, 并对其进行了红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、断面扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、透射率分析以及光催化性能分析。结果表明, TiO2-ZrO2无机复合膜在光学性能、机械性能以及光催化性能上均优于TiO2无机膜。
