Preparation of TiO2 co-doped with Cu and Ce and the photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde solution

Abstract:

Cu-Ce/TiO2 has been prepared by sol-gel method. Taking the photocatalytic degradation rate of formalde- hyde solution as an evaluating indicator, the preparation conditions of Cu-Ce/TiO2 are optimized by L16(45) orthogonal experiment, and the structure of the product is characterized. The results show that the order of influence degree of each factor on the photocatalysis degradation of Cu-Ce/TiO2, is as follows:Cu-Ce-doped loading>n(Cu): n(Ce)> sintering temperature. The best preparation conditions are as follows:Cu-Ce-doped loading is 3%, n(Cu):n(Ce)=1:1 and sintering temperature 550 ℃。 The Cu-Ce/TiO2 prepared under the best preparation conditions has been used for the photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde solution under visible light. The formaldehyde degradation rate reaches 56.35% in 240 min.

摘要:

采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Cu-Ce/TiO2,以制备的Cu-Ce/TiO2对甲醛溶液的光催化降解率为评价指标, 通过L16(45)正交实验对制备条件进行了优化, 并对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:各因素对Cu-Ce/TiO2光催化降解效果的影响大小依次为Cu-Ce掺杂负载量 >n(Cu):n(Ce)>烧结温度;最佳制备条件:Cu-Ce掺杂负载量为3%,n(Cu):n(Ce)为1:1,烧结温度为550 ℃;以最佳条件下制备的Cu-Ce/TiO2于可见光条件下光催化降解甲醛溶液, 经过240 min后, 甲醛降解率达到56.35%.
