Photoelectric catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B with modified TiO2 electrode

改性TiO2电极光电催化降解罗丹明B

Abstract:

Using foamnickel as the carrier,the load typed Fe-Nco-doping with TiO2 photocatalyst has been prepared by the sol-gel method. The surface morphology,particle size and crystal structure are characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The experimental results show that when the ratio of Fe,N and Ti is 0.001:0.02:1,the catalytic capacity of the prepared TiO2 catalyst is the best. When the initial wastewater pH is 8,external biasing voltage 2 V,and photoelectric catalytic degradation 120 min,the Rhodamine B removing rate reaches 96.8%. On the basis of static experiments,the dynamic photoelectric catalytic degradation experiments for Rhodamine B are conducted with the home-made up-flow photoelectric catalytic three-phase fluidized bed reactor. When the residence time is 120 min,aeration rate 0.5 m3/h,and influent flow rate 120 mL/min,the Rhodamine B re-moving rate reaches 97.2%.

摘要:

以泡沫镍为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出负载型Fe-N共掺杂TiO2光催化剂.使用扫描电镜和X射线衍射对其表面形貌、颗粒大小和晶体结构进行表征.通过实验确定n(Fe):n(N):n(Ti)=0.001:0.02:1时制备的TiO2催化剂催化性能最好.当初始废水pH为8、外加偏电压为2V,光电催化降解120min时,罗丹明B去除率可达到96.8%.在静态实验基础上,利用自制的升流式光电催化三相流化床反应器对罗丹明B进行动态光电催化降解实验,当停留时间为120min、曝气量为0.5m3/h、进水流量为120mL/min时罗丹明B的去除率可达到97.2%.
