Abstract:
In order to detect the concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD) in water quickly and accurately,a method for the detection of COD,based on the image color character values has been proposed,and,at the same time,a detecting device based on the image technique developed. Using the device as a platform,the optimization of water COD determination conditions is carried out. The relation model between the best color character value and COD concentration under the optimal conditions are established. At the end,repititive dections and comparitions between detected results and analysis are conducted. The results show that the correlation coefficient of this method can reach 0.995 26,and the range of this detection is 40-550 mg/L. This device is easy and simple,and has higher accuracy,compared with national standard method and rapid method for COD detection.

摘要:
为了准确、快速分析水质中化学需氧量(COD),在分光光度法基础上,提出根据图像颜色特征值测量COD的方法,同时开发了基于图像技术的检测装置。以该装置为平台,进行了水质COD测定条件的优选,并在优选条件下建立最佳颜色特征值与COD浓度的关系模型。最后进行重复性检测和测量结果对比分析。结果表明:该方法相关系数R2=0.99526,检测范围为40~550 mg/L。该装置比国标法和快速法测COD操作简便,并具有较高的准确性。
