SBR短程硝化系统处理垃圾渗滤液及盐度抑制效应

Abstract: Taking the simulated landfill leachate as the research object, the SBR(sequencing batch reactor) process has been used for investigating the start-up of a shortcut nitrification system, the salinity inhibition effects, and the restoration after inhibited. The results show that using the nitrified sludge of a wastewater plant as inoculated sludge,under the following conditions:normal temperature (15-28℃),low dissolved oxygen (0.5-1.0 mg/L) and high pH(8.0±0.1), the start-up of the shortcut nitrification system in the treatment of high ammonia nitrogen simulated landfill leachate can be achieved. When the salinity is 5-15 g/L, it has a negligible effect on the shortcut nitrification system. When the salinity is 20-25 g/L, the shortcut nitrification system will be transformed to a complete nitrification system. When the salinity is 30 g/L, the ammonia nitrogen removing rate of the system is decreased. Since then, the salinity is decreased to 5 g/L,the system performances can be restored, after 16 cycles.

摘要: 以模拟垃圾渗滤液为处理对象,采用SBR工艺研究了短程硝化系统的启动、盐度抑制效应及受抑制后的恢复。结果表明:以污水厂硝化污泥为接种污泥,在常温(15~28℃)、低溶解氧(0.5~1.0 mg/L)和高pH(8.0±0.1)条件下,可实现处理高氨氮模拟垃圾渗滤液的短程硝化系统的启动。盐度为5~15 g/L时,系统受影响较小;盐度为20~25 g/L时,系统转化为全程硝化系统;盐度为30 g/L时,系统氨氮去除率降低;此后将盐度降低至5 g/L,经16个周期后系统性能得到恢复。
