文丘里管结构对焦化废水降解的影响

Abstract: The influences of different Venturi tube structures on the degradation of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in coking wastewater by impinging stream-hydrodynamic cavitation have been investigated,and the degradation mechanisms of DOM discussed preliminarily. Single factor experimental results show that the influences of Venturi tube structures on the degradation of organic matter in coking wastewater are remarkable,and there is interaction among structure parameters. The research regarding ultraviolet absorption spectrum and the influences resulted from Venturi tube structures on hydroxyl free radicals shows that the molecular structures of DOM have been damaged in varying degrees after treated by impinging stream-hydrodynamic cavitation process. The treatment process is accompanied by reactions,such as oxidation and thermal decomposition,etc.

摘要: 研究了不同文丘里管结构对撞击流-水力空化降解焦化废水中溶解性有机物(DOM)的影响,初步探讨了DOM的降解机制。单因素实验结果表明,文丘里管结构对焦化废水中有机物的降解影响显著,且结构参数间存在交互作用。紫外吸收光谱以及文丘里管结构对羟基自由基产生的影响研究表明,经撞击流-水力空化处理后DOM分子结构受到不同程度破坏,处理过程伴随着氧化、热解等反应。
