Abstract:
Coking wastewater is a typical refractory organic wastewater. At present, the process of biochemical treatment+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis is widely used. During the process, reverse osmosis concentrate is produced by membrane process. In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction and water pollutant emission standards, enterprises need to improve the wastewater treatment process and adopt waste reduction measures. Reducing concentration of coking wastewater is one of the most important research topics in China. STRO membrane process was used to reduce the concentration of coking wastewater, and the optimal concentration ratio, stable operation, and recovery of membrane flux were explored. Test results showed that STRO process had an optimal water recovery rate of about 55% for reverse osmosis concentrate. The removal rate of CODCr, NH3-N and TDS reached 97.0%, 97.3% and 98.7%, respectively. The operating flux of STRO membrane presented good recovery performance through chemical washing. The results could provide technical and data support for the application of STRO.

摘要:
焦化废水是一种典型的难降解有机废水,目前普遍采用的处理方法为生化处理+纳滤+反渗透工艺,处理过程中膜工艺会产生反渗透浓缩液。为达到节能减排及水污染物排放标准的要求,相关企业需完善废水处理工艺,采取减量化手段。焦化废水浓缩液的减量化是目前国内研究的重要课题之一。采用STRO膜工艺,对焦化废水浓缩液进行减量化处理中试研究,考察最佳浓缩比、STRO膜稳定运行情况以及膜通量恢复情况。试验结果表明,STRO膜工艺对反渗透浓缩液的最佳水回收率为55%左右,对进水CODCr的去除率达到97.0%,NH3-N去除率为97.3%,TDS去除率为98.7%。经化学清洗工序后,STRO膜的运行通量表现出良好的恢复性能。试验结果可为STRO膜工艺的工业化应用提供技术与数据支撑。
