Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of manually dosing in the sewage treatment system of Qingdao Loushanhe Sewage Treatment Plant,the automatic control dosing system has been used for the optimization and modification of the original dosing system. An automatic dosing control system,based on PLC,on line instrument,PID and other control models has been designed. The actual control effect of the production application shows that at the time while the automatic dosing control system ensures the effluent water quality to reach the standard stably, the waste on chemicals can be reduced greatly,and the running costs of the sewage treatment plant are controlled reasonably.

摘要: 针对青岛娄山河污水处理厂污水处理系统手动加药存在的不足,采用自动加药控制系统对原加药系统进行优化改造,设计了基于PLC、在线仪表、PID等控制模型的自动加药控制系统。生产应用得出的实际控制效果表明,采用自动加药控制系统,在有效保证出水水质稳定达标的同时,大大减少了药剂的浪费,并合理控制了污水处理厂的运行成本。
