Research on the enhancement of chemical dephosphorization effects by PAC,PAFC and dosing with the combination of lime

PAC、PAFC与石灰组合投加强化化学除磷效果的研究

Abstract: The influences of dosing PAC,PAFC separately and dosing with the combination of lime on the dephospho-rization effect have been tested and investigated. The results show that the effects of PAFC on system pH is more re-markable than PAC. When the mass concentration of lime dosed is 25-50 mg/L,the dephosphorization rate of lime,and PAC,PAFC dosed in combination is higher than dosing separately by 10.7% and 13.1%,respectively. The opti-mum pH of lime and PAC,PAFC combined dephosphorizaion is 6.5-7.0 and 6.6 or so,respectively. Therefore,in-creasing the lime dosing equipment is an effective measure for chemical dephosphorization in the process of advanced treatment of wastewater.

摘要: 实验考察了PAC、PAFC单独投加及与石灰组合投加对除磷效果的影响。研究结果表明:PAFC对系统pH影响大于PAC;当石灰投加质量浓度为25~50 mg/L时,石灰与PAC、PAFC组合投加的除磷率比单独投加分别提高了10.7%和13.1%,石灰与PAC、PAFC组合投加除磷的最优pH分别为6.5~7.0和6.6左右。因此,增加石灰投加装置是污水深度处理过程中提高化学除磷的有效措施。
