Abstract:
Aiming at the water quality characteristics of titanium dioxide industrial wastewater,such as large amount of water,high content of sulfuric acid and ferrous ion,etc.,the two-step neutralization-aeration oxidation-sedimen-tation process has been used for treating titanium dioxide industrial wastewater. The water quality of its effluent is superior to the requirements for the first level standard,specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). In addition,the process produces white gypsum having economic benefits as by-product. The process also has many advantages,such as small occupied areas,less operation costs,stable treatment effect,etc.

摘要: 针对钛白粉工业废水水量大、硫酸及亚铁含量高等水质特点,采用二段中和—曝气氧化—沉淀工艺对其进行处理,出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,同时产出具有经济效益的白石膏副产品。工艺具有占地面积小、运行成本低、处理效果稳定等优点。
