Abstract:
Taking shale gas fracturing flowback fluid as a research object,the sequencing batch reactor(SBR) and sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR) have been used for acclimation experiments. The results show that SBBR has the advantages of strong impact resistance and stable operation,which could be used in the treatment of shale gas fracturing flowback fluid. SBBR not only has good removing effect on COD,but also has relatively good removing effects on SS,petroleum and metal ions,such as,Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,Al3+,etc.. The results of SBBR micro-flora analysis shows that at the level of phylum,the most abundant strain is Proteobacteria,but at the level of genus,the dominant bacteria groups have not been isolated yet,and further development and utilization are need.

摘要: 以页岩气压裂返排液为研究对象,采用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)和序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)2种方式进行驯化试验。试验结果显示:SBBR具有耐冲击能力强及运行稳定的优点,可用于页岩气压裂返排液的处理。SBBR不仅对COD有良好的去除效果,对SS、石油类以及Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Al3+等金属离子也有较好的去除效果。对SBBR微生物菌群解析结果表明,在门水平,丰度最高的是变形菌门(Proteobacteria),在属分类水平,优势类菌群均是目前尚未分离培养的菌属,有待进一步开发利用。
