页岩气压裂返排液外排处理技术研究现状及展望

Abstract:

The water quality characteristics of fracturing flowback fluids in different shale gas blocks at home and abroad were investigated,and the organic matter composition of the fracturing flowback fluids in the two blocks in southern Sichuan was compared. The policy requirements of different countries were analyzed in detail,and the practice of fracturing flowback fluid treatment and efflux in southern Sichuan was mainly introduced. As an important production area of shale gas in China,Sichuan has formulated the water quality requirements for upto standard dischange of shale gas fracturing flowback fluid based on water environment quality standards. According to the flowback water quality requirements of the discharge,the technological research and application progress of the shale gas fracturing flowback fluid treatment at home and abroad was analyzed,and the key technologies involved in the standard treatment process were sorted out. The technical route was clarified and optimization direction,in order to provide reference for research and application in the same field.

摘要:

考察了国内外不同页岩气区块中压裂返排液的水质特征,并对比了川南两个区块压裂返排液有机物的组成类别,对各国压裂返排液开展达标排放的政策要求进行了详细分析。针对川南地区开展的压裂返排液处理外排实践进行了重点介绍。四川作为国内页岩气的重要产区,基于水环境质量标准制定了页岩气压裂返排液达标排放的水质要求。由此分析了国内外页岩气压裂返排液处理外排的技术研究和应用进展,并梳理出达标处理工艺中所涉及到的关键技术,明确了技术路线和优化方向,以期为同领域的研究和应用提供参考。
