Abstract:
A differential equation mathematical model of the pure water flux indicators of the hollow inside-out ultra-filtration membrane fiber under standard testing conditions is proposed in this paper. Based on this model,using methods,such as simulation calculation,orthogonal design,numerical fitting,etc.,the parameter increment,such as fiber length,fiber diameter,pressure-bearing,etc. corresponding to pure water flux characteristic functions are established. Based on the characteristic functions and characteristic curves,the changing tendency of different lengths, inner diameters and pressure-bearing membrane fibers corresponding to pure water flux can be known,so as to improve the utilization value of the pure water flux indicators and testing data of the membrane fiber to a large extent.

摘要: 在标准测试条件下提出了中空内压超滤膜丝纯水通量指标的微分方程数学模型。在该模型基础上运用模拟计算、正交设计、数值拟合等方法,建立了丝长、丝径、承压等参数增量对应的纯水通量特性函数。根据该特性函数及特性曲线可得知不同长度、内径、承压膜丝对应的纯水通量的变化趋势,从而大幅提高了膜丝纯水通量指标测试数据的利用价值。
