Abstract:
Based on the actual development of Shandong Province, a SWOT analysis is conducted by analyzing the development status, existing problems and development environment of seawater desalination industry in Shandong. Finally, from the aspects of establishing a long-term mechanism, promoting independent innovation, cultivating leading enterprises, formulating demand-side policies and cleaner production, several suggestions for improving seawater desalination and comprehensive utilization are proposed.

根据山东省发展实际，分析山东海水淡化产业发展现状、存在问题和发展环境，进行SWOT分析，从建立长效机制、推动自主创新、培养龙头企业、制定需求端为核心的政策、清洁生产等方面，提出促进山东省海水淡化产业发展的对策建议。
