Abstract:
In the triple-concentrated low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination evaporator, it is difficult to measure some parameters which are necessary for transfer coefficient of evaporator. The formula for calculating average heat transfer coefficient was derived. The mathematical model of the 1 000 t/d plant was established by using PROⅡ process simulation software. The reliability of the model was verified by the actual running data. Then the partial parameters in the formula could be obtained by using the model. On the basis, the average heat transfer coefficient was calculated in the range of 2.5-3 times concentration. The results showed that the total flash vapor of product water accounted for about 2% of the total condensate, and the total boiling point rise accounted for about 38% of the total heat transfer temperature difference. The average heat transfer coefficient could reach 2 900 W/(m2·℃) at 3 times concentration. The average heat transfer coefficient was the smallest when the concentration ratio was 3, but it did not change much with different concentration ratio.

摘要:
直接计算3倍浓缩低温多效海水淡化蒸发设备传热系数所需的一些参数难以测量。推导出平均传热系数计算公式。借助流程模拟软件PROⅡ建立1 000 t/d装置数学模型,通过实际运行数据验证模型可靠性,再利用模型求取部分参数。在此基础上计算了2.5~3倍浓缩范围内的平均传热系数。研究表明,产品水闪蒸汽量约占总凝液量的2%,总沸点升约占总换热温差38%,3倍浓缩平均传热系数可达2 900 W/(m2·℃)。平均传热系数在3倍浓缩时数值最小,但随浓缩比的变化不大。
