秸杆化机浆废水膜处理与膜污染研究

Abstract:

Membrane filtration is used to treat the wastewater of straw chemi-mechanical pulping. The membrane resistance distribution and membrane fouling mechanism are studied by testing the specific ultraviolet absorbance, total nitrogen and metal element contents of the membrane fouling eluent. The wastewater is successively treated by processes of sedimentation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis. The results indicate that the COD, conductivity, SS, TS and chroma of the straw chem-mechanical pulp wastewater are reduced from 24 050 mg/L, 8.36 mS/cm, 5.8 g/L, 18.6 g/L, and 13 700 degree to 43 mg/L, 0.052 mS/cm, 0, 0, and 0, respectively. The treated water can fully meet the discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry and can also be used in the production process of pulping. The microfiltration membrane is blocked seriously, and the main components of the pollutant are Si, Mg, Fe, Al, Ca and K. Ultrafiltration membrane is lightly polluted, and Si and Al colloid materials are the main pollutants. Ca, Mg, K are the main pollutants of nanofiltration membrane. Reverse osmosis membrane is less polluted, and the main components are Si and Ca.

摘要:

采用膜分离技术对秸杆化机浆制浆综合废水进行处理,测定了膜污染物洗脱液的比紫外吸光度、总氮、金属离子含量等,并研究膜污染的形式与污染物构成。结果表明,秸杆化机浆废水经沉淀、微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透处理后,COD、电导率、SS、TS、色度分别由24 050 mg/L、8.36 mS/cm、5.8 g/L、18.6 g/L、13 700度降至43 mg/L、0.052 mS/cm、0、0、0,完全达到制浆造纸工业水污染排放标准要求,亦可回用于化机浆生产流程。微滤膜孔堵塞较严重,污染物主要为Si、Mg、Fe、Al、Ca和K;超滤膜污染较轻,Si与Al的胶体物质是主要污染物;纳滤膜污染物主要为Ca、Mg、K;RO膜的污染较轻,主要污染物为Si和Ca。
