Abstract:

The HUSB-modified SBR process was applied to treat the dairy wastewater. The operation results showed that the process has advantages of stable operation, low running cost, resistance to shock loading and flexible operation. When the influent COD, SS and NH3-N are 987, 226, 27.2 mg/L, respectively, the corresponding effluent COD, SS and NH3-N are 56, 35, 9.3 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality can fully meet the standard of class Ι specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).

文章介绍了HUSB-改良型SBR工艺处理某乳品废水的应用,运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定、运行费用低、耐冲击负荷、操作灵活,在进水COD、SS、NH3-N分别为987、226、27.2 mg/L时,出水COD、SS、NH3-N分别为56、35、9.3 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级排放标准。
