Abstract:
A high-efficiency reverse demulsifier MH-9 was synthesized and used together with demulsifier MC-9368 to treat oil production wastewater. In the bottle test, when the dosages of reverse demulsifier and demulsifier were 30 mg/L and 40 mg/L, respectively, the dehydration rate was as high as 95.3%. In the pilot test of the Shengli Oilfield Marine Oil Production Plant, the oil content in the water outlet of the three-phase separator can be reduced by about 50%. Meanwhile, the water distribution rate increased from 200 m3/h to 300 m3/h. The platform gathering and transporting system is optimized, and the problem of liquid inflow from high-load offshore platform of land joint station is solved. The advantages of this product are low dosage, environmental protection and good economy.

摘要:
合成了一种高效反相破乳剂MH-9,并将其与破乳剂MC-9368配合使用处理采油污水。瓶试实验结果表明,当MH-9与MC-9368投加量分别为30、40 mg/L时,脱水率高达95.3%。中试实验结果表明,MH-9与MC-9368配合使用能够将三相分离器的水相出口含油量降低50%左右,同时将分水速率从200 m3/h提升到300 m3/h。该复合配方优化了平台集输系统,解决了陆地联合站高负荷海洋平台来液的问题,并且综合加药量低,环保,经济性好。
