电镀工业园区污水处理厂的设计与运行

Abstract:

Electroplating wastewater is treated and reused by the process of "pretreatment+pH adjustment+Fenton+ degassing+coagulation and sedimentation+A2O+coagulation and sedimentation+rotary filter+ozone catalytic oxidation+UF+RO". The effluent meets the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923-2005) and is used for factory cleaning. The concentrated water is treated in-depth by the process of pH adjustment+Fenton+degassing+coagulation and sedimentation+activated carbon adsorption+ion exchange. The effluent meets the standard in Table 2 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900-2008) and is discharged into the Yangtze River.

摘要:

采用"预处理+pH调节+Fenton+脱气+混凝沉淀+A2O+混凝沉淀+转盘滤池+臭氧催化氧化+UF+RO"的工艺对电镀废水进行回用处理。出水满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923-2005)回用标准,可用于清洗。浓水采用"pH调节+Fenton+脱气+混凝沉淀+活性炭吸附+离子交换"工艺进行深度处理。出水满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表 2标准,排入长江。
