Study on desalination performance of T-zeolite membrane

T型分子筛膜脱盐性能的研究

Abstract:

The T-type zeolite membrane was prepared by secondary growth method. Under the conditions of 3 L/h of feed flow, 90℃ of operating temperature and 3.5% of sodium chloride, a long period stability desalination test lasted was conducted 196 h. During the experiment, the permeate flux of the membrane was maintained above 4.9 kg/(m2·h), and the ion retention rate remained above 99%. After the experiment, the surface of the membrane was characterized by SEM, and it was found that the crystal form of the membrane surface was basically intact without obvious defects. The results showed that the T-type zeolite membrane had good desalination performance and hydrothermal stability.

摘要:

采用二次生长法制备出T型分子筛膜,并应用该膜在进料流量为3 L/h,操作温度为90℃,氯化钠质量分数为3.5%的条件下,进行了196 h的长周期脱盐实验。实验过程中,膜渗透通量保持在4.9 kg/(m2·h)以上,离子截留率保持在99%以上;实验结束后对膜表面进行SEM表征,发现膜表面晶型基本完好,无明显缺陷。结果表明,制备的T型分子筛膜具有良好的脱盐性能以及水热稳定性。
