前置反硝化生物滤池处理化工企业生化尾水

Abstract:

The biochemical tail water of chemical enterprises is complex in water quality, low in biodegradability, and contains stable refractory and toxic pollutants. The pre-denitrification biofilter is widely used in the advanced treatment of tail water, owing to its excellent denitrification performance, low investment and operating cost. A pre-denitrification bio-filter system was applied for treating biochemical tail water of a chemical enterprise. The factors such as HRT, reflux ratio and C/N affecting the nitrogen removal rate were studied. The experimental results showed that, under the condition that HRT was 6 h, the reflux ratio was 100% and the C/N was 4, the process obtained a relatively good nitrogen removal rate. The practical operation results showed that, the system operated steadily, the COD and TN in effluent was less than 80 mg/L and 15 mg/L respectively, which reached the local discharge standard(COD ≤ 100 mg/L, TN ≤ 15 mg/L).

摘要:

化工企业生化尾水水质复杂、可生化性低,含有稳定的难降解、有毒污染物。前置反硝化生物滤池具有良好的脱氮效果,投资及运行成本低,广泛用于尾水的深度处理。采用该工艺对某化工企业生化尾水进行深度处理,考察了水力停留时间、硝化液回流比及碳氮比等参数对前置反硝化生物滤池工艺处理效果的影响。结果表明,停留时间为6 h、回流比为100%、碳氮比为4时脱氮效果较好,装置运行稳定,出水COD在80 mg/L以下,TN在15 mg/L以下,达到当地排放标准要求(COD≤100 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L)。
