电絮凝破乳处理机加工行业废切削液工程实例

Abstract:

An engineering case of treating waste cutting fluid by electrocoagulation demulsification in a Japanese funded machining enterprise in Tangshan were introduced. The high concentration waste cutting fluid was pretreated by electrocoagulation demulsification combined with batch treatment in this project. The treated wastewater could enter the biochemical system directly. And the concentration of COD in effluent was less than 300 mg/L. Then the industrial wastewater was mixed into the domestic water treatment system. COD of the final effluent was less than 150 mg/L. All projects had been completed in August 2019. Since the commissioning of the project, the electrocoagulation demulsification system and comprehensive treatment system had been running stably and efficiently. The tested items of the effluent met the secondary criteria of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996), and met the design objectives and user requirements.

摘要:

介绍了唐山某日资机械加工企业采用电絮凝破乳后再生物无害化处理废切削液的工程实例。工程采用电絮凝破乳+批处理对高浓度废切削液进行预处理,处理后的废水直接进入生化系统,出水COD<300 mg/L。而后上述废水混入生活污水处理系统中继续处理,最终出水COD可稳定在150 mg/L以下。项目2019年8月全部建成,调试交工后运行至今,电絮凝破乳预处理系统及总处理系统运行稳定,出水各项指标可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)二级排放要求。
