Characteristics of organic substances removal from wastewater containing cutting fluid by aluminium salt and ferric salt coagulation

摘要: 采用PAC和PFS混凝处理切削液废水,并通过超滤膜法将水中有机物分子质量分级,考察混凝前后废水中有机物分子质量分布,可生物降解性及紫外光谱的变化。结果表明,原废水含大量共轭双键和不饱和芳香物质;PAC和PFS混凝剂最佳投加质量浓度均在9 g/L,相应的去除率分别为78.2%、38.2%,其中PAC对大分子有机物的去除率高于PFS,但两者对小分子有机物的去除效果均较差。与PFS相比,PAC改善了废水的可生物降解性。

Abstract: Polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) and polyaluminium chloride(PAC) as coagulants have been used for the coagulation treatment of the wastewater containing cutting fluid,and the molecular mass of organic substances has been graded by ultra-filtration membrane method. The changes of mass distribution of the organic substances,biode-gradability and UV adsorption spectra of the wastewater before and after coagulation have been investigated. The re-sults show that the raw wastewater contains a large number of conjugated double bonds and unsaturated aromatic sub-stances. The optimal mass concentrations of both PAC and PFS added are 9 g/L,the corresponding removing rates are 78.2% and 38.2%,respectively. Compared with PFS,the removing rate of macro-molecular organic substances by PAC is higher,but the removing effect of both PAC and PFS on micro-molecular organic substances are poor. Compared with PFC,PAC has improved the biodegradability of wastewater.
