PAC/PI/PAM去除飞机除冰废水中增稠剂的研究

Research on the removal of thickeners from aircraft deicing wastewater with PAC/PI/PAM

摘要: 以聚合氯化铝(PAC)与阳离子有机絮凝剂(PI)作为复配絮凝剂,PAM作为助凝剂对去除飞机除冰废水中增稠剂进行了研究。实验表明:在絮凝剂投加质量浓度为1.50 g/L,PAM投加质量浓度为0.1 g/L条件下,废水中增稠剂的去除率达到98.9%,浊度去除率达97.7%,余浊为6.2 NTU。PAC与PI间具有协效作用,其最佳复配质量比为5∶1,PAM的加入能够降低絮体沉降时间。在此基础上,对相关絮凝机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: Research on the removal of thickeners from aircraft deicing wastewater with polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) and cationic organic flocculant(PI) as composite flocculants,and PAM as a coagulant aid has been accomplish-ed. The results show that when the composite flocculants dosage is 1.50 g/L and the PAM dosage is 0.1 g/L,the thickener removing rate reaches 98.9%,the turbidity removing rate achieves 97.7% and the residual turbidity is 6.2 NTU. PAC and PI show an excellent synergistic effect,and its best composite ratio is m(PAC):m(PI)=5:1. The addition of PAM could decrease the settling time of flocculate. On this basis,the relative flocculation mechanisms are discussed preliminarily.
