夏季投加聚合氯化铝强化混凝处理淠河水的试验研究

Experimental research on the polyaluminum chloride enhanced coagulation for treating the Pi River water in summer

摘要: 选取聚合氯化铝为混凝剂处理淠河水,确定夏季最佳投加量和最佳pH范围,探讨了残留铝的变化和UV254去除效果。结果表明,淠河水浊度<10 NTU时,夏季聚合氯化铝最佳投加量为8.0 mg/L,最佳pH为8.1左右。当最佳PAC投加量为8.0 mg/L时,残留铝为0.094 mg/L,UV254去除率达到50%,根据PAC现行市场价格,分析得出六安第二水厂夏季每天药剂费用在1 900元左右。

Abstract: Polyaluminum chloride(PAC) has been chosen as coagulant for treating Pi River water,the optimal coa-gulant dosage and the range of pH in summer have been ascertained,the change of residual aluminum and the remov-ing effect on UV254 discussed. The results show that when the water turbidity is lower than 10 NTU,the optimum dos-age of PAC in summer is 8.0 mg/L,and the optimum pH about 8.1. When the optimum PAC dosage is 8.0 mg/L,and the residual amount of aluminum 0.094 mg/L,the removing rate of UV254 is 50%. According to the current market price of PAC,it is found through analysis,the cost of chemicals per day in summer is about RMB1 900.
