Abstract:
This paper introduced the process design, characteristics and operation effects of phenol cyanide wastewater treatment in a coking plant of a steel enterprise. Design water inflow of the wastewater treatment station was 150 m3/h. The core treatment process was gravity degreasing+pressurized dissolved air flotation+ SDN(A/OO+secondary sedimentation tank)+coagulation sedimentation. The effluent quality was stable and met the requirements of the indirect emission standard for newly-built enterprises in the 'Emission Standards for Pollutants from the Coking Chemical Industry'(GB 16171-2012). The effluent could be reused in processes with low water quality requirements, such as blast furnace slag flushing to achieve obvious saving water effect. The sludge and oil sludge of wastewater station were mixed with coal for reuse, no waste efflux.

介绍了某钢铁企业焦化厂酚氰废水处理站的工艺设计、特点与运行效果。废水站设计进水量为150 m3/h,采用重力除油+加压溶气气浮+SDN(A/OO+二沉池)+混凝沉淀的核心处理工艺,出水水质稳定达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)中的新建企业间接排放标准的要求,其可回用于高炉冲渣等低水质要求工序,节水效果显著。废水站所产的剩余污泥、含油泥渣废物回用于配煤炼焦,站区无废物外排。
