Abstract:
The moderate technological conditions for fluoride removal in aluminum industry by coagulation and precipitation are studied.Under the experimental conditions fluoride forms a multicomponent complex with calcium hydroxide,polymeric aluminum .FW complexing agent and coagulates with polyacrylamide .The fluoride concentration of wastewater can be reduced to 4 mg/L.The results of two aluminum industry tests show that the amount of fluoride in wastewater meets the drainage standard.

摘要:
通过实验室模拟混凝沉降法除氟过程,研究了铝型材工业废水除氟的适宜工艺条件。在实验条件下,氟与氢氧化钙、聚铝、FW络合助剂形成多元络合物复合盐,然后用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,废水中氟浓度可降至 4mg/L。经过两厂的工业废水现场试验,初步结果表明,排放废水含氟量达到国家标准。
