Abstract:
A/O process of the white cardboard wastewater treatment has been running over 4 years in Ning bo Zhonghua Paper Making Co.,Ltd.This process includes the deposi tion stage to remove the SS and the A/O process to remove the BOD.Compared with general active sludge process,this process can endure wastewater charge impact bet ter,Its operation parameters can be controlled and adjusted easily.It s ef fluent is stable and the CODCr is low.Through the improvement,the running cost has been lowered to less than RMB $0.40/t.

摘要：
A/O法处理白纸板生产废水工艺在宁波中华纸业公司已运行4年多。采用沉淀法去除SS,A/O法去除BOD的工艺流程。该工艺较常规活性污泥法具有耐废水负荷冲击,操作参数易调节控制,出水稳定等优点。经部分流程改善后,使得运行成本有所降低,目前已降至0.40元/t以下。
