砷污染处理的工业应用研究

Abstract:

The characteristic of arsenic containing wastewater in sulfuric acid production has been studied. Based on oxidization-neutralization and physicochemical reaction theory,the arsenic containing wastewater is treated by using H2O2 and waste NH 3·H 2O. The wastewater is purified deeply by using self made soluable Ca Fe synthetic flocculants. The result shows that the wastewater discharged can completely meet the national discharge standards. The technical process is simple and feasible, with less sludge, less investment,convenient operation and easy management. Thus a new way to treat arsenic containing wastewater is provided.

研究分析了硫酸生产中含砷废水自身的化学特性,应用H2O2 、废氨水与废水进行氧化 -中和反应及物理化学反应的机理处理含砷废水,并采用自制可溶性钙铁复合絮凝剂物化法深度净化处理,结果表明,排放水可完全达到国家排放标准,工艺流程简单可行,污泥量小,处理费用低,操作方便,易于管理,为含砷废水的处理提供了-条新途经
