Abstract:
Useful solvents have been recovered from the waste itaconic acid by decompressing and distilling at 2.00 kPa vacuum degree and at 40 ℃. The residua are neutralized with sodium hydroxide,protected with nitrogen, and initiated by 5% potassium persulfate at 100~102 ℃ for 10~12 hours in water solution. As a result,the itaconic acid polymer is prepared.Scale inhibition performance of the polymer in water solution containing 240 mg/L of Ca2+ and 732 mg/L of HCO3-has been studied.

摘要:
在真空度为 2 .0 0kPa、4 0℃下从衣康酸废液中减压蒸馏回收有用溶剂,剩余组分经NaOH中和,在氮气保护、5 % (质量分数 )过硫酸钾引发下,在 10 0~ 10 2℃水溶液中聚合 10~ 12h,制得衣康酸聚合物,并研究它在含Ca2+ 2 4 0mg/L、HCO3-732mg/L配制水中的阻垢性能.
