顶空气相色谱法在制药行业废水处理中的应用

Abstract:

Substituted benzene,volatile halogen hydrocarbon,ester do different degree of harm to human beings and aquatic biology. The paper limit concentration of toluene is 0.5 mg/L, chloroform is 1.0 mg/L in "The Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996). On the principle of stationary liquid optimization,mixed stationary liquid is used to solve the problem of separation. Head space GC method is used to improve the sensitivity. A simple,quick and accurate method is set up.

摘要:

苯系物、挥发性卤代烃、酯类对人体及水生生物都有不同程度的危害,在《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996 )中甲苯的最高允许排放质量浓度为 0 .5mg/L、氯仿质量浓度为 1.0mg/L。利用固定液的优选原则,采用混合固定液以解决分离问题,采用顶空气相色谱法提高了方法的灵敏度,从而建立了简便、快速、准确的方法.
