Abstract:
The capacity of the counter flow cooling tower in No.1 Circulating Cooling Water System,which consists of 7 rooms,is increased by 50%,after having been reinforced and reformed by stages. The reforms in the counter flow cooling tower and their effects have been analyzed and evaluated. The drip stuffing,the choosing of water distributor and the improvement of air conduit system have been discussed. The two year running practice shows that the capacity of the counter flow cooling tower in No.1 circulating cooling water system is increased apparently, and can meet the requirements of the production with high efficiency.

-循环 7座逆流式冷却塔经过分期改造,单塔处理能力提高 5 0 %。对逆流式冷却塔的改造技术及效果进行了分析与评价,并就淋水填料、布水器的选型及风道系统的改进作进-步探讨。经过 2a的运行实践表明,改造后-循环的整体冷却能力明显增强,完全能满足生产装置高效运行的要求
