新型同向流斜板沉淀池试验研究

Abstract:

The treatment technics of the new type of same flow oblique board sedimentation basin is introduced. At the same time, the removing conditions of SS in this new type of sedimentation basin are introduced, too, and a contrast between the new one and the traditional one is made. The experimental result shows that the new sedimentation basin can work well in separating sludge and water, and there has been no blocks that exist in the water collecting pipes of the traditional same flow oblique board sedimentation basin. On the other hand, the removing rate of SS can get to 98% when the surface loading is equal to 30 m3/(m2·h) in the new one. The sedimentation efficiency of the same flow sedimentation basin is higher than that of the reverse flow one. That is to say, the same flow oblique board sedimentation basin has a broad future.

摘要:

介绍了新型同向流斜板沉淀池处理工艺,分析了新型同向流斜板沉淀池对悬浮物的去除情况,并与传统同向流斜板沉淀池进行比较。中试实验结果表明,新型同向流斜板沉淀池能很好地解决泥水分离问题,不存在传统同向流斜板沉淀池清水收集管易被堵塞现象,而且当表面负荷在30m3/(m2·h)时,SS去除率达98%以上,沉淀效率高于异向流沉淀池,为同向流斜板沉淀池的工程化应用开辟了广阔的前景。
