Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that board-type heat-exchanger couldn't run cont inuously for along time due to getting jammed easily .The reasons of it are analyzed and adjusted in respect of the component of chemicals , the ways of feeding and the running techniques .In the past the board-type heat-ex changer could only run 144 hours continuously .Now it can run 1 430 hours continuously .It is confirmed that the chemicals of Plant B is fit for this circulat ing water system .

摘要：

为解决板式换热器因被堵塞造成连续运行时间短的问题 ,从药剂配方、投加方式以及运行工艺等方面分析原因并进行调整 ,解决了板式换热器堵塞问题 ,板式换热器原来只能连续运行 144h ,现已能连续运行 1430h ,确认乙厂药剂适合于这套循环水装置。
