无磷配方在煤化工循环冷却水系统中的应用研究

Abstract:

A new environmentally friendly non-phosphorus water treatment formula is developed. The formula performance is investigated through the static scale inhibition test, rotating coupon corrosion test and dynamic simulation test, respectively. The formula is applied on-site in the circulating water field of the coal chemical plant. The results prove that the treatment effect of the non-phosphorus formula can fully meet the technical requirements of the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB/T 50050-2017), and the sewage drainage reaches the first-level discharge standard, specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).

摘要:

研制了一种新型环保无磷水处理配方,进行静态阻垢试验、旋转挂片腐蚀试验和动态模拟试验。煤化工装置循环水场现场应用证明,该无磷配方的处理效果完全能够达到GB/T 50050-2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的技术要求,排污水可达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级排放标准要求。
