Abstract:
In view of the feature of the strongly corrosive water quality, by using acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) etc. The quaternary copolymer is synthesized and with which as the main content the TS-5110 liquid prefilming agent is developed. The testing result shows that high concentrated TS5110 could form a compact and intact protection layer on the surface of carbon steel. Furthermore, the low concentrated TS-5110 could also be used as corrosion scale inhibitor for system’s daily running which has a good effect on patching up and maintaining the membrane.

摘要:
针对强腐蚀型水质特点,合成了以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)等为主要原料的四元共聚物,并以此为主要成分研制开发了TS-5110液体预膜剂。试验结果表明,该药剂在高浓度下可在碳钢表面形成一层致密而完整的保护膜,在低浓度下使用时,也可用作系统日常运行的缓蚀阻垢剂,起到修补和维护膜的作用。
