Abstract:

Hermetic microwave digestion is introduced to determine total nitrogen for the purpose of saving digestion time. It shows that complete digestion of alkaline potassium peroxydisulfate is facilitated. The method improves the traditional analytical procedure with better accuracy and precision.

摘要:

运用微波密封消解技术测定水样总氮(TN),并与国家标准方法——高压蒸汽消解法相对比。结果表明,该方法不仅节约了消解时间,使碱性过硫酸钾消解彻底,而且节约了试剂,操作简单,准确度和精确度均达到或超过国家标准方法,本实验同时对操作步骤进行了调整和改进。
