Abstract:
Continuous spinning technique,the advance technique in viscose fibre production field,has higher demand on water quality. The design and application of reverse osmosis in this field are described. The choice and allocation of reverse osmosis membrane in higher hard water and higher iron brackish water are discussed and the technology of eliminating iron fromrawwater and antiscaling in the design are also discussed. The effect of this chosen technology on systemstability is analysed. Water saving measure and protecting permeate water from contaminating measure in this project are presented.

连续纺丝工艺是黏胶纤维行业中先进的纺丝技术,对水质要求很高。作者介绍了反渗透技术在连续纺丝工程中制水工艺上的设计构思和工程应用实例。探讨了在高硬度、高铁含量的苦咸水水质条件下反渗透膜元件的选用和配置;讨论了原水除铁、化学药剂添加等几个关键工艺的比选和对系统稳定性的影响;介绍了工程中的节水措施和产水脱气过程中的防污染措施。
